These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of clevabiz.com and related services provided by Global Life Invest LLC, a Wyoming LLC ("ClevaBiz," "we," "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
ClevaBiz is a business funding intelligence platform that helps US small businesses identify matching grants, government contracts, and loan programs from sources including Grants.gov, SAM.gov, SBIR/STTR, SBA programs, and state agencies.
- Free Funding Check — shows the number of matching programs and estimated funding potential at no cost.
- Full Analysis ($49 one-time) — provides detailed program descriptions, eligibility requirements, direct application links, contact information, and a personalized checklist.
3. Purchases and Payment
The Full Analysis is a one-time purchase of $49 USD. No subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your Full Analysis for any reason within 14 days of purchase, contact us at info@clevabiz.com for a full refund — no questions asked.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our funding program database is updated regularly, but we make no warranty that information is complete, accurate, or current. Program eligibility, funding amounts, and availability change frequently. ClevaBiz provides information only — we do not provide legal, financial, or grant-writing advice. Use of our information is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClevaBiz and Global Life Invest LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Global Life Invest LLC and are protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
